Each of our four guest rooms is designed with two people in mind.  When possible, a third person or child over 12 years may be accommodated on an Aerobed twin mattress.  Please advise us at time of reservation.
 

▪ Solid king- or queen-sized hardwood bed outfitted with a Simmons Beautyrest mattress, fine linens, plenty of down pillows, and a down comforter for your afternoon nap escape.
▪ Comfortable writing desk and lamps on both sides of your bed for catching up on vacation reading.
▪ Independently operated heating in both guest room and attached bath.  Air-conditioning during summer months, and windows that open for fresh ventilation.
▪ Password-protected wireless internet access in your guest room and throughout the bed and breakfast.  Plenty of electrical outlets for all of today’s necessities.
▪ Timex combination clock radio/CD player/environmental sound machine.  We also provide relaxing CDs or bring along your favorites.

To see the rate for a specific date, please click on the Check Availability and Online Reservations Request and enter the date that interests you. The software will show you the available rooms and their specific rates for your chosen date.

Mirror Lake Suite. Our newest guest suite.  Completed in 2008, this modern accommodation is completely new construction and features a variety of amenities not found elsewhere in our bed & breakfast.  The perfect getaway for an important occasion, special anniversary, or when you’re in an indulgent mood.  King-sized four-poster bed.  Rates from $129 to $259 per night.

Chief Joseph Mountain Room.  Spectacular views of the Wallowa Mountains.   The Chief Joseph Mountain Room features marble-topped antiques found during our European travels and a tall Simmons Beautyrest Eurotop queen-sized mattress atop our Windsor style bed.  Rates from $104 to $169 per night.

 
Ferguson Ridge Room.  Early morning sunshine that complements this room’s yellow décor.  Queen-sized bed.  A Solatube lighting system provides sunlight in the attached bath.  Rates from $84 to $149 per night.

Sawtooth Mountain Room.  Afternoon sunsets over the Wallowa Mountains.  The Sawtooth Mountain Room offers views to the west and the north, and provides excellent cross-ventilation in spring and fall.  Queen-sized bed.  Rates from $94 to $159 per night.

▪ Two night minimum stay on weekends in season and holidays.

▪ You may  check availability for our guestrooms and make your online reservation request for our rooms to help you plan your trip.

▪ Reservations will be held for one week pending receipt of deposit equal to one night's lodging. Cash, checks and credit cards accepted.  

▪ Cancellation Policy.  We require four weeks’ notice for a full refund.  There is a $15 fee for processing cancellations.  If a cancellation is made more than 30 days from the reservation date, we will refund your deposit less a $15 fee.  If a cancellation is made less than 30 days from the reservation date, we require payment for all booked nights that we cannot rebook to you for a different time or to someone else.  We do not refund for early departure.

▪ Well-behaved children over 12 years are welcome. Please notify us at time of reservation.

▪ Sorry, pets are not allowed, but we will assist you in finding a kennel. Please notify us at time of reservation. Madigan, our resident feline, would love to visit with you.  She’s curious about the "cat-free zone" (all our guest rooms). Too bad, kitty! We keep our guest rooms cat- and cat-dander-free for you.

▪ For everyone's consideration, smoking is permitted outside on the bungalow grounds. A $100 cleaning charge will be assessed for smoking inside our home.

▪ Fly yourself and your passengers to the Joseph State Airport.  We’ll provide complimentary transportation.  Please call in advance for arrangements.

▪ We attempt to accommodate special dietary requirements and religious dietary restrictions. Please notify us at time of reservation.
