The Bronze Antler Bed &
Breakfast is just 2 blocks south of downtown Joseph on the way to
Wallowa Lake. We're located at the corner of Main Street and 4th Street.
Many guests find it most convenient to park head-in on the gravel on 4th
Street. Alternatively, you may park your car in our driveway behind the
house. Motorcyclists might want to park their touring bikes next to our
garage on the concrete pad. Our garage is also useful for storing your
bicycles, flat water kayaks and other large items.
How's the weather in Joseph and Wallowa County? Visit an incredibly
detailed page at
www.josephoregonweather.com for more than you probably wanted to
know. It does include a nice webcam image of the Wallowas and links to
many other weather and travel related websites.
Oregon Department of Transportation's travel planner website is useful
for checking road conditions, distance and weather. You can visit them
at www.tripcheck.com
or call 1-800-977-6368 within Oregon or (503)588-2941 from outside of
Oregon.
New! The Oregon Travel Information Council is making the web available
in Oregon's rest stops and welcome centers so you can access
Tripcheck and
TravelOregon while
you're on the road! Wireless access is currently available at the
centers in Ontario and Multnomah Falls, with more coming on line soon.
Too far or too long to drive to Joseph? Pilots can land at the
Joseph State
Airport and we'll be happy to pick up your party. Cardlock fuel is
available. Call us for arrangements.
